Full board and lodging is ~85 Euros a day per person. A bulk reservation of 35 rooms has already been performed. Each participant will have to confirm his/her own participation by sending an email to raymond.pottelette@lpp.polytechnique.fr before February 8, indicating date and time of arrival and departure as well as the eventual number of accompanying persons.
